Before exercising the penis, just like any other exercise, you must first warm up. When finished exercising, you must then cool down.

If you get hard while doing this exercise stop till it goes down. just like the warm up method form the “ok” symbol with your thumb and forefinger and grip the shaft of your penis as close to your testicles as you possibly can. Pull your hand up towards the head, stopping just before you reach the head.
You should see your head visibly expand when you slide your hand up. Just before you let go of it , place the other hand at the base of the shaft, then repeat the movement. Continue switching hands and doing the exercise. Keep a firm grip at all times. Start performing the enlargement workout at 10 minutes the first week and increase it by 10 minutes till you are doing about 30 minutes a week.
PC Flex: Another great way to increase not only the size of the penis, but also how long you can hold your orgasm is by using the PC Flex. After you feel comfortable up this to 50 reps per sequence. The goal is to do 400-500 reps daily, this will make sex life soar. however you must continue this every day.
Cool Down: The cool down. As with the start of your workout, every enlargement exercises must end with a warm wrap to keep the increased blood flow constant.
